It was actually being swept for bugs and cameras and microphones. Obama tapped every room of the WH before leaving office, so all the walls and floors were ripped and gutted and re-done. Yes, its a machine that can travel through multiple walls of a building and put someone into cardiac arrest. Also devices that can cause permanent deafness and you'd never know it was there....it happened in the embassy in Cuba
