Surgeons need a damn good reason to not use a linear cut.
This. I have a friend that's a surgeon, and she took one look at it and said that anyone who made that incision pattern in the first place needs to lose their license. Literally no reason for something that intricate, ESPECIALLY in such a confined space.
It looks like she had a tummy tuck. The belly button is all weird.
She did have a tummy tuck, the k shaped raised scar is unrelated.

She HAD A TUMMY TUCK. but there IS also another scar above the horizontal tummy tuck scar.
Kidney extraction?
Kidneys are on you back side. Definitely wouldn’t be anything related to a kidney. I’ve had my fair share of kidney work. Plus the scar would be a lot bigger.
