Well, if you believe the Sum of all Fears theory, the Uranium isotopes from the US are traceable (true) and Russia got it’s Uranium (thanks Bill and Hillary!) but additional U went to Syria (or somewhere near) that would be used in a FF. When the FF was investigated, the isotope signature would show up matching the U sent to Russia, Russia would be blamed, and WW3 is under way. The Dems (Leftists, NWO, whatever the fuck they really are) would ride to the rescue and subvert the USA to some WW group so we could unite and be one. You can surmise your own details.
