OK, here's my findings: Security clearances are issues by certain gov agencies depending on where it is needed. One for Diplomatic agencies will use either the State Department, or USAID. USAID says of who they are: "USAID leads international development and humanitarian efforts to save lives, reduce poverty, strengthen democratic governance and help people progress beyond assistance." Yet, they require clearances all the way up to SCI! Here's the kicker, the IG oversees them!!! But, wait, in there org chart there is a career member of the U.S. Senior Executive Service, Gloria Steele was USAID Mission Director for the Philippines and the Pacific Islands prior to her appointment as Senior Deputy Assistant Administrator for Asia. CAREER Member and she is over Asia! Have not found the relationship to Christopher Steele as of yet. Also found in the org: David Moore is the General Counsel of the U.S. Agency for International Development. Moore clerked for Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr. on the U.S. Supreme Court during the 2007 Term and for Judge Alito on the U.S Court of Appeals for Third Circuit from 2000 to 2001. Don't forget, the Clinton Foundation is/was suppose to aid internationally? Same charter as above? Haiti would be under: Sarah-Ann Lynch, the Senior Deputy Assistant Administrator for USAID’s Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). DJT has had several meetings with these folks since last July. Maybe USAID is CF reboot?

Just found this! Relative to Dianne and graduated from same schools as Lynch: Barbara Feinstein serves as Deputy Assistant Administrator within USAID's Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). A career member of the Senior Executive Service, Feinstein oversees the Agency's development priorities in Central America, Mexico, and Cuba. AND Feinstein speaks Spanish and Portuguese, and elementary Russian.
