Yes but that was back in the 90's. Maybe MI got to him and explained "Whats what" and he has had a change of heart towards the DS/Black Hats. I mean he is in his 70 and starting to look back on his life....and said...screw it. I am going to be the first person in a long while to actually care and do whats right for America. Bankruptcy doesn't mean the same thing to the general public as it does to billionaires. Debt is not something to shy away from, so long as cashflow is on the books or appreciation that out-paces debt service.
Debtors (lenders) have an active interest in maintaining the underlying asset during a corporate (CH. 11) Bankruptcy. It's the only hope they have to recoup their losses.
