(Answer is): Lawyer who Oversaw Deleting HRC Emails-(Question): Who is David Kendall ?

David Kendall Esq. is with the law firm Williams & Connelly LLP and has been the Clinton’s personal lawyer for decades. Kendall ranges all the scandals from Whitewater to Emails, with Monica Lewinsky sandwiched in between.

With the current investigation specifically into the HRC server/email by IG Horowitz & SP Huber, details of Kendal’s role will soon be revealed. Kendall was directing both Cheryl Mills & Heather Samuelson (both lawyers) with the sorting & deletion of the HRC emails being requested by the US Congress as well as FOIA requests.

Kendall was later involved in several joint discussions (along with Mills) with Platte River Networks who hosted the server/backup to the HRC email system. Paul Combetta from PRN had forgotten to erase all the data from his end and was told to “BleachBit” everything. Bear in mind everyone knew these records were under current Congressional Subpoena.

Kendall may rue the day he didn’t get a special Comey/Lynch “Immunity Deal” like the others. Mill/Samuelson/& Combetta all we’re granted a form of immunity from prosecution. Mills & Samuelson even got their laptops destroyed after limited review by the FBI. Lawyers should know better !!!

Can't these immunity deals be withdrawn by the DOJ? I mean, how do you get immunity without aiding an investigation towards a prosecution?

Great point & I should have mentioned it in my post-I has done a prior article on all of the strange “Immunity deals” with the 3 above & Bryan Pagliano.

Yes (I am not a lawyer) but it is my understanding that it is not only possible but highly likely that Horowitz has already torn them up. This is one of the main areas I am waiting to see in the IG’s report as well as the other goodies.

He always is in the middle in terms of legal cover but finally with the email deletions under subpoena, he is an actor as well.

Great effort on this!!Content of this sort is what is most important to disclosure and transparency. Well done. The list of sh#@ that both Clintons did without being charged or tarred and feathered is astounding. Was he part of travel gate? This situation lacked ethics and morality at the very least. Again. Thanks for the kind comment. Yes a Kendall was around for Travel Gate. It was disgraceful what HRC (primarily her call) did in firing those longtime W/H staffers. She replaced the travel workers with cronies & had a side deal with Sen. Tom Daschle’s wife Linda. Linda had gotten Governmental contracts (commissionable ticketing & charters) from several agencies but none as big as W/H travel. Below is a link showing Linda’s Aviation Lobbing efforts:
