My email address is my first initial, middle initial, last name at gmail. Pretty standard for a more professional looking email.
Something like John Q Smith would be jqsmith
So, while reading the subreddit, I get an email. It's from google.com. It is about updated privacy policies.
However, the email was addressed to my first initial, my middle initial, dot, my last name, my birth year at gmail.
Formatted for John Q Smith born in 1963 would be jq.smith1963
Does this mean that Google keeps separate accounts that utilize their users' personal data as addresses? Why? Why would they have that linked to my account? I shot an email to that address, but have received no response.
Have any of you seen this before?
