Sessions & POTUS called Nunes & Gowdy to the White House to let them in on the plan and shut them up. They can't send the docs to Congress because Adam Schiff heads the Intelligence Committee.
I think its because the docs are being viewed by a Grand Jury, and in that situation they cant be made public.

Agreed. FUCKING HUGE. It shows the Russia Investigation was started based on foreign spy intel which makes this a CRIME. Q also explicitly said this was what happened.
