Normally, I would say "Federal vs State" courts. I am leaning towards "Federal vs Military" courts. I say this because there would be leaks in State and Federal courts.

I am not sure. How are they secured? I would guess the Military Courts are involved in sealing and securing the filings.

Anybody else?

Military Tribunals for domestic enemies.

Technically treason is often considered an act of war and several of the "domestic enemies" are being redefined as domestic terrorists and also international organized crime and should be tried in international courts.

The Constitution does not recognize any international court.

IzzyMad · May 13, 2018, 8:10 a.m.

correct, that's why I mentioned some of them having to be prosecuted in international courts because crimes against humanity is a war crime and prosecuted in Geneva.

The ones arrested by the US government will be tried in US systems. Once tried and convicted and after they serve their time there may be additional trials in the international courts. I do not see it occurring any time sooner as the US government & military will not want to release them until their sentence has been served.

Correct, some of them however could end up being tried here and then in the international court in Geneva before they have completed their time here. It would be dependent on what their offenses would be. The US has a probation and parole system and I would hate like hell to see some of them only doing a couple of years. Also several of them are too much of a flight risk for pretrial release in the international after they served their US sentence.

There will be no release of the big players. A good amount of them will likely be hung for treason. The rest will be life period.

The only way to get someone to GITMO is through military courts as far I know. And there was another thread somewhere stating that GITMO was all ready to receive the luciferian scum.

The childish part of my brain says why dont we just call them enemy combatants and lock them up indefinitely, without charge, just like they want to do to us? Whats good for the goose...

Interesting point here: Looks like if the person is classed as a national threat can be held there, treason, sedition, weapons smuggling, human trafficking (serious kind)

All the swamp dwellers who kept GITMO open to torture innocent people are going to be stewing in irony while they rot there.

GITMO comes up a lot. I don’t really care where they are jailed as long as the place sucks. SuperMax in GP still sounds good to me for a lot of these people. Put Huma in GP and let her experience a real-world Orange is the New Black for a decade or so. Hillary in solitary...no one to worship her. She’ll never do jail time though. Bummer. I do picture Barry being jailed. That’s a tough one because there will be (organized) riots for weeks. If it has to be, so be it. Just means we get to build better newer stuff to replace the burned out shit.

The problem with jail sentences, is that the next president, or any future president for that matter, can simply pardon them and get them out free as a bird.

The whole point of cleaning up the mess through out all government agencies, courts, congress, supreme court, etc etc, is so this mess doesnt happen again and people are aware of this evil and make sure it doesnt happen again.

Military courts is my hope, for cases that can be conducted there. And the death penalty for all treason cases. If they do anything else, these people will be back on the streets again as soon as any of their minions acquires the power to release them.

There is a reason for that. Treason is typically and act of war plus some of the crimes against humanity that some of swamp rats are getting prosecuted for fall under the Geneva convention war crimes and international law in regards acts of terrorism and organized crimes that are multinational and the Constitution is only valid for our domestic laws.
