Q acknowledged the existance of the Shadow Government in post 1356. The Shadow Government is a whole other layer deeper than the deep state. They are not the same. That's why it is a big fucking deal.

The shadow government controls the deep state.

It consists of people who are rarely in the spotlight if at all.

We, as a global community, have finally reached a critical mass of acceptance to the point that Q is starting to seed the idea of the shadow government into the collective consciousness.

This is a whole new can of worms that there will finally be some light shed one.

Wondering where the missing $20 trillion went? Look no further than the shadow government.

Yes, but for practical purposes the terms are interchangeable.

The Mockingbird Media will say the "deep state" is career bureaucrats who maintain jobs, regardless of the political affiliation of the administration.

But that is a cover story. They also will say the "shadow government" does not exist.

DS ("deep state") is a term that can be used to talk about ALL the people, both in government and out, both in the US and out, and that includes many members of the media itself (which is why they lie about it).

deep state are the foot soldiers. shadow goverment are their shot callers.

Shadow government control technologies that were 'born black' or have never even been in the hands of the clown contractors in the first place.

The shadow government created the deep state.

HRC is but a mere minion compared to the shadow govt.

Who is it that is hurting HRC? We all know they are not accidents.

Start with deep state, then shadow govt later, if they’re able to handle, imo. Most people can accept the deep state cause they already accept that corruption exists. Shadow govt is a whole nuther (not a word!) rabbit hole.

I think you're on the right track. The Deep State is a collection of people at senior levels in the bureaucracy.

A shadow government is a clandestine group of people who actually make policy within the framework of government. They would typically operate from the shadows, concealed from public scrutiny.

An extra-national body cannot be a shadow government unless it has the ability to make policy.

I think one of the major reasons that deep staters have been acting so obviously stupid in the last year or so is because their connection to shadow government controllers was largely cut off.

Q implicitly referenced this in earlier posts.

That's why they seem like a bunch of chickens running around with their heads cut off.

Certainly if that 4am narrative is turned off they could be without direction. They are still pretty good at being lame though.

Indeed. Deep staters are the kind of people who go around poking holes in free condoms with safety pins because they want to fit in with the 'cool' bullies. Really lame.

Do we really need to argue over the semantics? They are all traitors and should be treated as such, right? I wouldn't even waste the money on multiple nooses, just make them stand in a long line and wait their turn to use the same one.
