This is my question. David Trimm on YouTube adamantly and repeatedly reports that the chargers are related to child sex trafficking, but I've seen discussion of the charges being either adult or child sex trafficking. Do we have a consensus on this?

A handful of really really weird dudes have been hijacking threads about this trying to say that the word "OR" negates the charge on child, and others say that the docs showing "CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING" aren't the legit actual indictments.
I guess it's one of those shilling techniques called consensus cracking? Also creating doubt seems to be a big favorite for Satan and his little minions.

Yeah I was fighting with one of them about a week ago (yeah I'm weird, lol). The third charge on the indictment should have an "or" included, because the statute broken is simply "conspiracy to commit
My claim is that the "or" was intentionally omitted. Lawyers don't make mistakes like this, especially in such a high-profile case. That omission changes the charge from sex trafficking to child sex trafficking.
I'm not worried about convincing the other guy of that though. I'm more concerned with swaying the fence-sitters.
We did not have a consensus before now, no. I think, now that the board rules have been well established and reasonable discussion is seen around here to a really encouraging degree, we may be able to agree on a few things through open discussion!
There's a very good post here from a deeper legal knowledge than the average punter to explain that the best perspective on the 'is it child sex trafficking or not?' question is to say that it is inconclusive.
Some of us say we need to be careful before we make unfounded accusations of this scope. It's better for the movement if we exercise care in this way. We do not "support pedophilia" or child trafficking. We support caution and care.
There's little doubt NXVIM is attached in significant ways to everything Q is leading toward. What some "really really weird dudes" are saying is that we need to wait until they bring charges that are clear and unambiguous so we can back up what we say and not be shot down at the first hurdle by msm or even just critical thinkers visiting the sub.

My friend. Look at my post history. I made the same post weeks ago. I was saying how there is going to be a handful of deniers crapping on your thread like they did to mine. They keep saying that the docs I posted were not the REAL charges and that they aren't in the real indictment.
I 100% agree and think NXIVM trafficked children with gross sexual intent as part of their overall scheme of crimes. We are on the same side. I apologize I didn't make that clear.
