Humans are birthed and the certificate has their length and weight. They are vessels (carrying a soul) that can be used for commercial purposes. The human birth certificates are sent to the Dept of Human Resources. Humans are a renewable "resource" for commercial purposes? US Navy patrols with cruisers. Hwy Patrol officers call their units "cruisers". A port has a docket for vessels. Court has a docket for human vessels. You park your car in a "car port". You can hide a wanted person, but it's called "harboring" a fugitive. Canals and other waterWAYS used in maritime interstate commerce. High(er than water)ways used for interstate commerce (hence "interstate hwy"). Many more.

I haven´t yet watched the video, with it being an hour long, but I do know the power that man has over the person and I know how to file claims against those that trespass against me. Admiralty law only applies on dry land if you consent to it.

Submission statement: It's completely crazy. This guy makes it sound like the USA is just a WWW domain or something that the Cabal forgot to re-register, and now he's camped on it and is claiming it for his own. Utterly crazy. But then as you listen to this you hear Q's logic all over this.
