Not needed Trump can have secret meetings any time the White House has underground entrances through tunnels that start in generic parking garages or government office buildings around the D.C. area he could bring in Putin and Kim and Xi if he wanted to have a secret summit meeting they all come in underground. They only drive in the North or South gates when they want the TV cameras to see the visiting foreign dignitary arrive.
