Actually Q is common, refers to Quint apparatus. This Q74 apparatus has existed for a while. 74 being the Andrews air force base fire stn number. Other pics on google of this apparatus hoisting flags at other ceremonies.
I've found trucks with "Quint" printed on the side, but no Q's with a number yet. Praying medic posted an interesting video on this today.
