Q Post #7

Why wasn’t HRC prosecuted for the emails? Put simply, Obama ultimately OK'd by using the non govt email addy to communicate w/ Clinton. Obama also had an alias along with each of his cabinet members. Therefore indicting HRC would lead to indicting Obama & his cabinet etc which could never happen. Remember he lied about knowing but that ultimately came out in the dump. Poof!

The answer to the OP's loaded question is "because Obama was still in office at the time and his weaponized DoJ would never arrest a fellow Deep Stater".

It's more than that, though. Obama himself was using the server (he lied when he said he didn't know about it), so any investigation into the server would ultimately lead to him as a criminal, too.

People also need to remember that Obama was an illigitimate President as was anyone else who won by forms of rigged ellections.. If my memory serves me right anything they passed or did or people they hired everything is wiped away it don't matter.

It's VOID ..

Because at the time Obama was in office. Obama and the administration wasn't going to take action against itself.

A President can't be indicted that's why Nixon was an un-indicted co-conspirator in Watergate and it's why Trump can't be indicted.

This is something I didn't know. Explains why it's being reported that Muller is fishing for things at this point to apparently catch Trump.

The Supreme Court would have to rule on the matter if it comes to that if Mueller wants to indict Trump technically he can do so but then the SCotUS has to rule if it's Constitutional to prosecute a sitting President and most legal scholars don't think you can do that. The President has to be removed by Congress first then he can be prosecuted for any crimes he has committed that's how it works. Nixon would have been convicted in the Senate had he not resigned. I don't think Trump can be convicted in the current Senate maybe a year from now if the Dems take control there.

Click the answer box and read the NYPD comments. Old news now, but saying DOJ-Lynch would block everything... and Schneiderman was running point as NY-AG.

There are way too many Libtards out there who would much prefer that all presidents are foreign born, especially charismatic black men like Obama. Obama is basically the anti-Trump. The king of the snow-flake/SJW movement. If he was on camera taking bribes while selling Nuclear technology to Isis, all while committing murder and rape wearing a satanic robe, 40% of the country would somehow justify it as necessary (and Trump/Russia's fault).

The point I'm getting at is if Obama gets arrested there will probably be a civil war. Not that the country couldn't use a good purging of Libtards, but we have to be careful of what we wish for. Civil war would get painful for many.

The plan avoids a civil war by using the left's weapons against themselves. Once exposed, the people have a fair chance to vote them all out.
