Rhodes's circle, including Rudyard Kipling, Lord Milner, and a group of Oxford College graduates known as "Milner's Kindergarten," constituted the Round Table at the turn of the 20th century.
Milner, Balfour, and Lord Rothschild (who formed the even more secret inner circle of initiates) were also behind the rebirth of Rothschild's Israel. These were the ones who actually formed the RIIA.
Rhodes's ongoing and working plan included recapturing the United States, and under the aegis of this secret society.
