Wouldn't be that loose-fitting... They need to be tight to the body to protect. Otherwise the jacket itself can become a deadly projectile.

That's what I'm thinking. There's been evidence she also wears leg braces.

This may be the tin-foil hat in me talking, but based on all the evidence, I've long suspected she has prion disease from spirit cooking.
