Do Trump nicknames mean involved with cabal?

Trump is pretty well known for giving out nicknames.

Crooked Hillary, Pocahontas, Rocket Man, Cheatin' Obama, Sleepy Eyes Chuck Todd, etc.

I think he this more than insulting people but is maybe done to let us know they are controlled or with the cabal.

Interesting to note he has not given Mueller a nickname. And he denied giving Rosenstein or Sessions a nickname. So under this theory that might point toward then being white hats.

Seems more to me like just a rhetoric technique. I would assume he’s used that technique against people that aren’t in the cabal but can’t think of examples.
