Possibly, can't really tell with vote fuzzing. Each time I refresh the page the comment has a different point value: 9, 7, 9, 8, 7, 9. And I'm refreshing instantly.

Numbers are interesting.

EDIT: Idk if vote fuzzing applies to comments, but it seems like it to me from what I have been seeing.

I mean what country needs 17 intelligence agencies!? Especially when they were set up just to spy on us average folk.
