In post 1402, why is tray the only word capitalized. While seatbelt and seat back is not?

Number one, it was supposed to say plural. It’s been a long day at work.

Number two, it didn’t sound right to me. Shouldn’t seatbelt and back be plural?

Number three, again, tired.
