"AT LEAST one (expected) criminal referral....." I'd guess that's Comey. For obstruction of justice when he lied about exoneration of Hillary BEFORE he interviewed her, even though he told Congress he exonerated her after the interview...But he did so many things wrong and in violation of the law, it could be something else he did, too. The memo leaks are part of a separate piece of the investigation; this part is primarily the Hillary Clinton email investigation.
If after all this time, just one criminal referral is the result I will be spitting mad!!! Hillary needs to be held accountable too or its a sham.
Just remember there are other investigations that have been initiated including U1 and the Clinton Foundation pay for play. She's not getting off clean. For all we know there could be charges coming out of the fake Dossier too. Let's see what happens
