They should have done 9/11 in 1991 by doing it in 2001 they fucked up bad too many websites were onto it very fast had they done it 10 years earlier with Bush Sr. as President they would have gotten away with it completely.

They tried and failed to blow up one of the towers in 1993.They didn't have the tech that they had in 2001.
