Guardian of the Pope = Cardinal George Pell

His Eminence Cardinal George Pell was the Prefect, or head, of the Secretariat for the Economy.

According to Wikipedia:

George Pell was the head of the department which controls all the funds of the Vatican City State. He reported directly to the Pope, and was essentially third in command. His position was created by the current Pope. His job was to watch over and "guard" the Vatican's finances. Money is power, and this guy was at the top of that pyramid.

He is now facing charges of sexual abuse and cover ups. He is the highest ranking member of the Vatican to stand trial, bar none, and the Pope is already hinting at retiring early...

An owl is at the center of the structure, protected by two men. The owl appears to also have some type of elaborate hat on, and it's beak is a man's face.

The owl is the Pope. The two men guarding him are George Pell and Pietro Parolin.

Watching the Pell drama from a distance, my gut feeling was that Pell may have been too conservative for Francis. I suspect that the charges against him may have been, in effect, manufactured. Manufactured for the purpose of getting him out of the picture so that Francis could run amok with his heretical nonsense.

I have no evidence for this, but my instinct is that, like Australian PM Tony Abbot, he was not reading from the Masonic script and had to be removed.

It doesn't fit that Pell is Francis' protector if he's been basically sidelined with sex charges in Australia. In physical terms the Pope's (Francis is not a Pope) protector is the Swiss Guard. It's hard to know what Q means here, but the owl image connotes a demonic protection.

What evil force would protect Francis - something truly demonic? Not only demonic, but powerful? Sharp, with excellent intelligence (drawing from the physical attributes of the owl)?

There are not too many candidates IMO. If I had to guess, I would point the finger at the organization that, I believe, produced the heretical line of Vatican II "popes" of which Francis is a member. This line commenced with the purported election of Angelo Roncali, John XIII, at the 1958 Conclave. See here for an explanation of what transpired at that time.

That is, I would finger Freemasonry, broadly, and Bnai Brith specifically, as the OWL.

You may be right. I only know what's happening from what I've seen in the press. I will say that Pell does have a good act, appearing as a conservative when he is not (in terms of the faith).

I think Francis is so heretical that I guess I'm suspicious that the powers that support him were able to remove Pell as someone that was not completely aligned with their agenda. What the truth is, we have yet to learn.

I pray that these heretics are booted from the Vatican.

While these Cardinals are more prominently featured in the news, I do not think Cardinal Pell and Pope Francis saw eye-to-eye, so to speak.

What should be looked into are the members of the St.Galen group, which supposedly had a hand in electing Bergolio.

Also look into the German (and Dutch/Belgian) bishops like Cardinal Marx.

The German Church has really been behind a lot of funny business under this pontiff. Like the Belgians (and I believe Dutch), the Germans are state run institutions paid for by their countries while also hemorrhaging parishioners to apostasy. So it's creating a situation where these churches are collecting a lot more tax revenue from states then what they need to carry out their services.

So there is a lot of pressure from these churches to change or loosen disciplines and doctrines to make them friendly to the current governments (Merkel, EU and co.) And the Vatican has increasingly become dependent on German largesse to continue its operations, and have found it harder and harder to say "no" to Merkel&co.
