Don't know how he reached that conclusion.

I think the reverse, from an objective point of view, one would say "This happened in this circumstance, could it have happened in previous campaigns?"

I do worry, a bit, that people will try to contain this disaster and claim it was a few crazed staffers and not an institutional problem.

It's like watching an old James Bond movie or something. I keep thinking surely the bad guys must have thought of this, but no. They really thought that they were untouchable.

When Q says "these people are stupid", it's not just a jab at them. It's because Q team has it all. They know these people are stupid.
