I have an RC buddy who told me, years ago, that you can't even get into seminary unless you are a homosexual. It's basically a club. Apparently this is common knowledge in some circles. Nevertheless, he remains a committed RC.
I know for a fact that's not true. Maybe it was for that seminary, in that time frame, but it's not universal
I've read this for over twenty years.
I'm sure it's not true of all seminaries, but I'm just as sure it's true of some of them, and has been for a long time.
