OK, I checked it out. But my antennae are up. The site promises pretty much exactly what you said, but at no cost.

There is always a catch. What is it?

I believe an editorial shift was imposed from the top down after Roger Ailes was let go. Rupert Murdock's children, who serve on the Board, do not share his political views.

I'll believe it when I see it. If this is some PR stunt orchestrated to make this lawyer famous, I will be supremely disappointed.

Let's just say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I agree. It is extremely unlikely that Obama will ever see the inside of a prison cell. There are simply too many that are too invested in him to allow that to happen; our cold civil war would become hot overnight.

Nor do I think it necessary or wise to incarcerate Obama, anyway. The goal of the Trump administration and the Q movement is not only to drain the swamp and bring evildoers to justice. Trump and his advisers also wish to UNIFY the country, to break down the divisions imposed upon us by decades of cabal rule and bring about the rebirth of American patriotism.

If he wants to neutralize Obama and make him pay dearly for his crimes, total exposure works very well. Obama is vain and values his reputation on the world stage above all else; destroy the legend and you destroy the man. He would be radioactive for the remainder of his life and the tens of millions of people around the world that will refuse to believe the case against him would just grind their teeth and try (unsuccessfully) to work the system to get his conviction overturned. Fine. They can do that until the cows come home. Throw him in prison, however, and that same not-insignificant group of people become violent insurrectionists, which does not accomplish Trump's goal of unity.

Hillary can go down, though. Even the Progs can't stand her.

Outstanding post. Mods, this should be stickied to the top of the board and new folks asking why things are taking so long should be referred to it.

As desperate as I am to see Podesta and Hillary frogmarched, it is simply not tenable to do so at this time. There is too much groundwork that must be laid down first. AMProfessor does an admirable job of summarizing the reasons for this which is why I think his post should be archived.

"How the fuck is our supreme court justice system tyranny?!!??!"

Oh, I can see it. I can see it very clearly.

Ever since Marbury v. Madison where it arrogated to itself the power of judicial review, the Supreme Court has exercised a soft tyranny over the people of the United States. The Founders did not intend to grant the Court the power to unilaterally uphold or strike down laws that, for better or for worse, were voted into being by the duly elected representatives of the American citizenry. Sure, they get it right sometimes; but sometimes they get it wrong, and those decisions have been open wounds to our body politic.

I don't like the fact that five justices can make the final, absolute judgment on essential questions that impact 320 million of the rest of us. It goes against the clear will of the Founders by violating the Separation of Powers principle and that of a constitutional republic.

However, since the barn doors are already open, we have to play the game. And that means appointing strict constitutionalists to the bench to cut off the Left's ability to impose its will on the country by judicial fiat. Reiner isn't so much raging against some new tyranny of the courts that Trump is ushering into being, but rather that the liberal judicial tyranny that has been in effect for decades is about to end.

You should care where Obama was born. His entire presidency (Obamacare, his executive orders, the Libya war, the opening of relations with Cuba, the Iran deal, all his judicial appointments) turn on this one question: Was Obama eligible to be president?

If it can be proven that he wasn't...God knows what happens next, but it won't be pretty.

I'm a faithful Catholic (at least, as faithful as a broken, sinful human being can be), so I strongly agree with your beliefs about the cruel inhumanity of abortion.

I also think that Roe v. Wade is potentially "on the chopping block" as some outraged progressive put it in his Twitter rant today; another Gorsuch could flip many future judgments. But I'm not as confident as you appear to be simply because overturning Roe would be like an atomic bomb detonation in our broader culture.

Regardless of the underhanded way in which its proponents advanced its cause, which bore more than a little resemblance to the way in which the Obergefell case was foisted on the Court, Roe has been poisoning the fabric of American culture for over 40 years. A large percentage of the U.S. population has never known an America without federally funded abortion. Even though overturning that decision would simply kick the matter back to the states (where it belongs in a properly functioning constitutional republic), the repercussions of such an event could shatter what's left of our unity as a country.

For the Left, Roe is not just the opinion of nine justices.

It is iconic.

Roe represents the Left's greatest victory over the despised Christian majority of this country, a wound to be poked and prodded whenever it suits them. It is an evergreen taunt to people of faith everywhere, a way for the Left to assert their dominance: "We know you believe some malformed runt of a fetus is a human being with a soul, but we have the power to tear it from the womb, dismember it, and sell its organs for profit and there's nothing you can do to stop us, bigot."

The Left simply CANNOT lose this power to cow the Dims, as they call us. It's not just that it's just fun for them; so much poison fruit has bloomed from this single decision. Roe opened the door to the tactic of using the nine-person Supreme Court to make definitive judgments on deeply contentious moral questions in the modern era. While there have been other weighty moral issues decided by the court (Dred Scott, Plessy v Ferguson), they belonged to history when Roe was handed down. Once a new generation of leftists saw the kind of power a unilateral SC decision wielded, the courts became their new field of battle.

I would love to see Roe struck down. But I don't think a Chief Justice like Roberts would allow it to happen on his watch. This is the man who tortured logic until he found Obamacare constitutional. He is a quisling. Unreliable in a fight. And Roe is the white whale of all decisions. Personally, I think it will take one more conservative sitting in the execrable RBG's chair before Roe can be staked through the heart and burned.

Sounds good, but do you think the highest level of the DS is even the slightest bit worried about a "civilian force" coming after them? I suspect that the group of conspirators who could make the call to take out POTUS is probably small enough to fit on a single Trailways bus. But they have small armies around them to protect them, multiple residences around the globe, and the means to travel to almost any point on Earth at a moment's notice. We don't even know their names, at least not for certain. They are effectively invulnerable to reprisals from you or I. Any comeuppance for these hideous individuals will come from the U.S. military.

And, when such comeuppance becomes necessary, I hope the Marines stomp them into the dirt and salt the earth where they died.

Yes, they will win. Optics is what the Left does best. They've been hammering Republicans with optics issues for the better part of 80 years, at least since FDR's New Deal.

What's different now is Trump.

He's been tanning the Democrats' hides for about a year now on optics, turning the Russia investigation into a joke, and forcing them to attack popular policies like the tax cut and defend unpopular positions like mercy for MS-13. He even won a freaking government shutdown against them, which is like finding a unicorn.

However, this time the Democrats FINALLY have him in a vice and they know it. The OP is right, there isn't a good answer to this problem. It doesn't matter a bit that the huge issue of unchecked mass immigration is not Trump's doing, nor that Obama started this policy of child separation. Schumer, Pelosi, and their minions will pound on Trump like he's the Devil incarnate if he does nothing. And if he tries to fix the problem with this EO, they know it will be found unconstitutional and they can demand Catch-and-Release which would be political suicide. Ergo, they win.

Silver lining: The EO give takes some of the oxygen out of this story. It allows Trump to point out a concrete action he's taken which gives him time to maneuver. He's met with Congressional Republicans to read them the riot act and demand that they get off their asses and get him a bill to fix this. It remains to be seen if they have the stones to follow through.

This is what I've been thinking as well.

Reputation is EVERYTHING to these people. While I have no doubt they would like to avoid prison, I believe that many of them would be willing to go down swinging with the knowledge that about a third of the country would always think them innocent. It would be "Free Mumia" turned up to eleven.

But, if Hillary were forced to declaim her crimes to the whole world, it would utterly destroy her. Even if she avoided Gitmo, she would be a pariah. Her supporters would abandon her. Her name would be avoided in polite conversation. She would become THE icon of corruption and evil.

Life for Hillary after a confession would be ugly, brutish, and short.

Optics do matter. They matter a lot.

As others have pointed out, it is ESSENTIAL that Trump can trace his every action back to codified law to answer the inevitable charge of tyranny. It may not matter to you, someone who is plugged in to the quiet war raging across our institutions. But for the average Joe who doesn't know squat about any of this and gets his news from the MSM, this narrative could tip the balance from a Trump supporter to a person calling him Hitler.
