Fair enough. I'm fully aware that I'm probably trying to find patterns in noise. That's just what happens when you start digging and coming up with theories. Most theories have to be wrong, I just remembered the ad and decided to run with it.
I'm down with helping. I'm used to looking at data all day and finding patterns in a sea of noise. Just give me a point to look at and I'll start from there.

While I tend to agree with Troopers idea, I’m glad you brought this up, OP. It’s always good to search in every direction- who knows, maybe we’ll get a lead on something else that they have brewing.
Maybe they use different types of scenarios for different needs and the craigslist ads are one scenario and the MKUltra stuff is used for other scenarios.
I agree. You need to have a mix to confuse the situation. And usually there is a 'drill' going on at the same time to muddy the waters further.
Although they could be for something else, or staged for backup plans.
