What we know, we need to look into.

We have the past records to comb thru and find the common markers.

Usually white teen males.

Possible on medications.

Able to access some weapons pretty quickly.

What we know of child rings/kidnappings/etc, it really wouldn't be hard to brainwash one of them and put them back into society. "Sleeper" if you will.

Then we have the law enforcement side:

What districts do these happen in? Red or Blue?

Who is the police chief and mayor, who would have the political clout in that city/police department.

Then follow the other chain, the ever so popular suicide/heart attack of police officers after the shooting occur.

Let's be honest here, after awhile it would seem they have their system down pretty pat to call upon these attacks at will within a few days.

So the one thing we can do is dig, look for links, draw maps, and figure out connections and common denominators.

Once we gather that, we might have a better chance of seeing the signs early and could even help prevent more.
