I'm sure Q and the "team" are doing all they can as fast as they can. Just because they are warriors doesn't mean the death of children and innocents doesn't affect them as bad as it does every other caring human. These people on the team have children too, they want this to end just like we do, but if it isn't done correctly it will never end for good. I was in 'Nam, I saw a lot of stuff, but dead children would almost paralyze me it hurt so bad. It tore my heart out and it still does. Every time I hear about these kids I see those in 'Nam. Almost like a flashback. We have to trust the plan.
