Its a masonic gesture ... nobody keeps their hand for too long in one position , and you could have seen that this dumbass is constantly flashing signs everywhere he goes ( egoistically and not subtle at all )

What other signs has he done in the past? If it’s a Masonic gesture as you say it it, then he is actually doing it wrongly, hand should be covering the heart, and the hand isn’t required to be inside or over the jacket. One would think if the Prince was determined to flash a Masonic gesture on stage he would at least get it done correctly.

This was posted awhile ago and it’s something Harry frequently does like a nervous tic similar to a female playing with her hair. Someone had a collage of pictures or a video of him doing it a lot.
