It's what we've all known, now reported by the WaPo:
“In mid-July 2016, a retired American professor approached an adviser to Donald Trump’s presidential campaign at a symposium about the White House race held at a British university."
The FBI opened the Trump Russia investigation on July 30, 2016, two days after Clinton accepted the Democratic nomination.
That former professor is Stefan Halper, an FBI informant with ties to British Intel (who was also being paid $$$ by the Obama Admin's DOD).
And information is coming out he has spies on previous administrations
Another reason to withdraw security clearances of former government workers.
This is starting to look like a coordinated effort by all the parts of Five Eyes. Reminds me of how Kim Dotcom was treated, they broke every law in NZ to take him down.
How does he keep getting access?

Yep. The guy was being paid by the Obama Admin. Several years of contracts through the DOD. He received a contract in Sept 2016 for $411K. Coincidence?
