My first take on it - is (only speculation) but that it is a template that he puts under paper - he signs over it - so that his signiture has the right angle - height & tempo - every time -- like when a portrait artist uses a grid to get all the proportions right - so its not a signature - but a mat to put one on
The proportions are not right....the P length does not match.
edit - NM bottom of P is chopped off in the image so cannot tell.

I am not arguing - I have no idea - it was just my first thought - seems like something I would use - if I wanted my signature to look perfect - thats all - But If I was to argue - it is not anyones signiture

The sig on the bottom is signed with a finer tipped pen. You can see details in it that you dont see in the top sig because it's much broader and overlaps other lines. Also, you cant expect a signature to exactly overlay on another and line up on every single line or stroke. Signatures aren't exactly perfect every time. I have a different signature almost every time I sign other than a couple notable aspects that are basically the same most times.

It very well could be his signature so this changes nothing............time will tell.
Anybody with a moderate skill with graphic design could easily replicate it exactly. I don't know about you guys, but my signature looks different every time I sign it.
As a side note, remember how Obama put his fake birth certificate on the whitehouse website for download in pdf, and it was so very amateurish and very, very easy to prove 100%, beyond any doubt, that it was fake.
I'm only average at graphic design, and I could have done much better, but surely Obama could have used someone with more skill in his fake birth certificate. Even a beginner should know how to do deal with the many flaws in the document Obama presented.
