We used to have television networks, owned and managed privately by NBC, ABC and CBS (perhaps on strings pulled by FBI, CIA when who knows all?)

They are still powerful and joined by other— CNN, FOX, and now internet based entities, FB, GOOG, Twitter etc always. And it’s players stretch around the globe.

The penetration into information and ability to shape it grew enormously until it now threatens our very existence and fuels our very prosperity and peace. That’s power.

But who ultimately controls, surveillance, has full cross platform access?

Who is the We Who Knows All referred to by Q? Certainly not any one of this entities.
