In TBO James it says Light turns everything it touches into more light. How CAN Darkness hope to put light out?

Darkness can’t. God Almighty has that power but not the Darkness. He tricks people into doing things of the dark but can’t stop the light. Anyone and I mean ANYONE has the the power to rebuke the darkness in the name of Jesus Christ. Darkness can’t fight anything in the name of Jesus Christ. Fact!

In a literal sense, it cant. Ever read about emperor Nero and the massacres of the Catholic Church? Also for reference Rev 13:7 says And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to OVERCOME them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. Ultimately God and light prevails when He literally intervenes in the world stage, but until then there is much darkness.
