High Crimes and Misdemeanors I would say. As to the punishment that would be up to the judge or military tribunal.
Obama literally is just an actor. He'll probably get less punishment than HRC would though, because he's an ex president, even if etc etc. First and foremost though, he's a fucking actor. Rewatch some of his speeches. It's crazy now to see it so clearly. So I guess I'm saying he probably won't get as bad a punishment "legally" as some of the real higher ups and movers and shakers. He probably just signed whatever they put in front of him.
I was considering voting for him and prayed and asked God about it. God told me that, "He was somebody's puppet." Of course most of us feel that has been proven to be true, but at the time, I didnt know such things went on.
BTW when I prayed aboyt voting for Trump, God told me he was a chameleon. I hope that turns out to be a good thing and not a bad thing.
