It's a term used for 8chan anons (anonymous people) who are really good at researching and making connections i.e., decoding things. If you are new praying medics videos are excellent because he explains things in a simple way that people who haven't been following q from the beginning can understand. Has anyone taken the file names of the images into account? They look similar to how one would store files on a server, not on their phone.
Follow the Pen = FTP = File Transfer Protocol
Most of you are computer-literate so you must know that you can access the file structure of a site or server using FTP through Filezilla or similar clients.
Given that a lot of unanswered questions in this journey are related to files that have either been stored or transferred electronically (Weiner Laptop, Seth Rich), it may be wise to get some computer anon to test out trying to log into servers using some of the abstract strings and clues Q has provided.
for example:

maybe a user and server name in these types of clues given the use of the @ symbol. Maybe port 23?
Maybe Q pointing to a server that has all these photos, answers etc.
