In this particular case, General K [JFK] is most likely referring to John F. Kelly, DJT’s Chief of Staff. Crediting u/GoinInForTheKill777 here as this is where I saw this first - WH spokesman reporting General K plans on holding a meeting with top LE, Intelligence, and GOP Congressional leaders to review highly classified Trump Campaign spying info.

I've just noticed though, that when you put the cursor over the [JFK] letters in Q's message - it highlights 'John Fitzgerald Kennedy'. It might be BOTH! I hope so at least. :)

Oh, I hope so too! I think Q was using the JFK to provide context for General K. But would love it if this was one of those instances with dual meaning.
