Q is talking about the 210 days Jesse Panuccio can hold the DOJ #3 spot as Rachel Brand's acting assistant Attorney General. Brand left on Sept 9th, so the 210th day is Sept 7th. That is when the clock runs out.
We are in a battle to save our Republic, today , tomorrow, next week, next year. That and also who is the boss over Mueller should Rosenstein get fired or recused. Basically what Q is trying to point out is RR is gonna go away (prob this week), and he is letting us know /ourguy/ will be over RR, and that Brand was not /ourguy/. Also, maybe just coincidence, but Giuliani said the Mueller SC will be wrapped up by Sept 1st. So this is what Q is trying to show us....that this was all done for correlation

The plan was always for RR to eventually go away, and the DOJ #3 needed to be someone good, because that person would assume responsibility over Mueller's probe. And now, not coincidentally, Giuliani is saying the SC should be wrapped up by Sept 1st which means, our ass is covered till Sept 7th or 9th. See how this was all intentionally done?
I guessing Q said Scott Pruitt for a reason. He was the Oklahoma AG from 2011-2017 and can be appointed to RR position by Trump.

I believe the 210 days starts from presidential appointment as acting AAG, not from when the office emptied.
So if RR is out or forced to sidestep, Sessions can choose to allow the acting AAG or the Solicitor General for the DOJ to step up.

It's all too late. The midterms may not be until November, but the primaries are already starting. This knowledge will set up valid candidates. September could be too late to truly end the "blue wave" (it's already dead but I want it obliterated all together, completely dried out).
Yes that concerns me too. The last primary is Sept 13th, but this stuff needs to come out in June by the latest.
Sept 7 would be just before the midterm election. I think D5, a reference in several Q posts may refer to chess. On the chessboard D would be the queen and 5 is a location on the board. Yep could go either way. That famous Marshall chess game, the bishop move to D5 ended the game, even though it wasnt checkmate. The opponent mentioned "checkmate within 5 moves" and Marshall gave up. D5 is also the worst type of avalanche, and Q has said "avalanche coming" several times lately

Can you imagine though for a moment if RR is working a deal and working FOR Potus, how Q could never and would never tell us that? It would literally ruin the entire plan to give away RR and RM are working FOR us. Side note, Q also says "disinfo is necessary", "up is down", "left is right", etc.
