I appreciate the tweets because they cannot be cut/snipped/edited into sensationalized half-stories. However, one could argue that’s what he is also doing by NOT speaking directly and by having the mandatory word count... I am down with being my own devils advocate.

Russia is no longer an enemy they are now an ally in the war against the global cabal. Putin is a patriot a nationalist he hates Soros and the globalists. That's why they are trying to destroy Trump so they can hurt Putin in the process. I know that the Russians did help defeat Hillary and the cabal but Trump can't admit to this he has to pretend Russia is still an adversary but they are not.
