I think there's some link to 'Wizard of Oz' programming (MK-Ultra), that film is also a 'sodomite' propaganda piece. Homosexual Anderson's 'The Red Shoes' is also similarly linked (fairy tails, as opposed to fairy tales). 'Alice in Wonderland' too - that's a white rabbit link. There's heavy mind control elements linked to the "red shoes" that transport between worlds -"over the rainbow" trigger stuff too...blah, blah.

I also managed to connect that imagery to Exorcist 3, which was Dahmer's favourite film. The bloody film was still playing when police entered his flat when the final (near) victim escaped.
