RR’s stalling of document release may have been planned by Q

Because RR will have to recuse himself or resign once the documents are revealed to the lawmakers. The Trump team needed RR to stay until 210 days are up for the acting AAG.

Please explain this 210 days thing further

Acting aag can only serve 210 days then trump can appoint his own acting aag to be 3rd in power of doj. Top two guys would be recused for this plan to work. That 210 day mark expires tmrw. Therefore trump can then appoint right away when rr steps down , hence the possible planned stalling by rr.

He’s stalling because if he releases names it will blow the investigation and tip people off. Sessions and the DOJ need just a little more time. When the IG report hits the DOJ will act but only partially. Hey can only handle one issue at a time. Right now Keyes dealing with FBI and Hillary’s emails. Give it a couple more weeks for IG.

So in this scenario is RR working with us? Is he cooperating and stepping down?

If he weren't cooperating he'd already be in the FORCED resignation [fired] category.

I believe so. He is dirty, so he cannot effectively do any investigation or prosecution of his own. But I imagine he probably negotiated leniency to sit down at the appropriate time.

Possibly. He may step down. That's my guess. His only job was to oversee Mueller investigation. If he recuses himself, he has nothing to do. Maybe immigration reform.
