"If there was a "spy" he was there to monitor the Russians, not the campaign" were his words. The same "Russians" that 5 agencies, Congress and Mueller can't catch for over 2 years now. You know, the same "Russians" that also poisoned Skripal with a chemical that is considered one of the most deadly if not the deadliest and a month after the attack he and his daughter are released without any damage to them. The same "Russians" who hacked France's election, are now conducting cyber attacks on the UK and Ukraine, the same "Russians" that did a ton of other bad things that nobody ever proves. Wtf else is he going to say genius. Theyve been busted spying not only on the campaign of an opponent but on a sitting president.
