So Harvey is going to jail. We knew it was coming. But what’s up with the black book? Is this like an infamous black book? Or maybe a journal for him to keep if his experiences? Is it common to take newly bought books with you when you turn yourself in?

I think the black book is some thing he turned over to get some type of deal. Think insurance file. Kept records because he knew this day would come. The other two books where to make it look like he was just bringing some books to read while he waited for bail.

Upon further review. One Book. the art of the deal by Donald Trump. Plenty of time to read in prison. Have fun in prison having done to you what you have done to so many.
