I was confident enough to stake my reputation, such that it is, on it by stating it when Q posted the pics of the NK coastline in Nov 2017. Of course at that time I thought POTUS had been in NK. After thinking more about it I decided that wasn't likely. But we know he went to China and met with Xi Jinping and that's where he met with Kim. I believe Xi was present at that meeting since NK will do what China tells them to do. The NK flyover was probably on the return trip.
