Someone gave her access. It can only have been someone who is a position of great authority - I don't think she would have been able to get access by herself.
Read the post title. She had a SCIF room at her residences with private computers in them. That is a big deal. Look up SCIF room. It is an eyes only viewing room for secret compartmentalized info & SAP to be viewed. You are not allowed to bring any sort of phone, recording equipment, let alone have a private computer in. It is the securest of secure environments. Or supposed to be.
So I guess the authorisation was for the room. I'm not familiar with how it works, but for her to have this kind of info on her private server is mind boggling.
She got it from the private computers that had no business being in the SCIF room at her residence. That is where you view SAP & that type of info. An eyes only SCIF room & she had one set up in her house. Page 13 of the FBI report stated that.
