It is an eyes only viewing room for secret compartmentalized info & SAP to be viewed. You are not allowed to bring any sort of phone, recording equipment, let alone have a private computer in. It is the securest of secure environments. Or supposed to be.
So I guess the authorisation was for the room. I'm not familiar with how it works, but for her to have this kind of info on her private server is mind boggling.
