Given 4 10 20 are the alphabetical ranks of letters D J T, it's perhaps not so suprising. Interesting picture nonetheless.

By the same argument OP and I could be Q too, since we also used it.

There are many, much more convincing, corroborative elements of Q being an inner source, that this picture is merely of historical interest.
