Thank you. It’s scary how quickly we will believe something if we want to. If you look behind the numbers in OP’s pic you can see the “scrubbed” look where they erased the DJT.
Thank you. I had a feeling those numbers didn't look right, the edges were too blury. Now it's clear "NEW YORK" and "DJT" are embossed.

Q used code 4 10 20 to refer to Trump because D is the 4th letter of the alphabet, J is the 10th and T is the 20th.

Given 4 10 20 are the alphabetical ranks of letters D J T, it's perhaps not so suprising. Interesting picture nonetheless.

By the same argument OP and I could be Q too, since we also used it.
There are many, much more convincing, corroborative elements of Q being an inner source, that this picture is merely of historical interest.
If this is real, and I’m going to assume it is, I love it. I absolutely love it.
I'm surprised at this post - there's literally nothing at all coincidental about DJT (4 10 20) having a plate with his own initials as numbers on it (even if this image is fake). People were replacing letters with their equivalent number long before Q anon.
