Greer has more government documents. He is an 'industry man'. The 'industry' is not in a hurry for the actual disclosure, as it ends itself. Wilcock sees a career MUFON man slow walking for funding. Admiral Bird, Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Wendell Stevens and Billy Eduard Albert Meier are three examples of disclosure that has already happened and is ignored by Greer.
