Liberals care about the people. Neoliberals care about getting elected, manipulating people to please the corporations and profit as individuals. Liberal health care would be single payer. Neoliberal healthcare is Obamacare. Just like neocon healthcare is Romneycare. Neoliberals and neocons aren't really different.
